Bay leaf tea is a great remedy and you can drink it often. Bay leaf is sold in every store and it is cheap. You can make a great tea or decoction. All you need is 5 grams of bay leaves and a glass of water.

Recipe: Put bay leaves in a pot, pour cold water in and boil it for a few minutes. Pour the tea in a thermal bottle to keep it hot several hours.

How to use bay leaf tea

Bay leaf tea works best if you use it repeatedly and for long time. Drink it during the day. The tea however, may also be used externally in the form of poultices placed on painful joints. You may also rub it on painful skin rashes. Leave poultice on for at least 15 minutes.

Bay leaf for your psyche

Do you feel distracted and without energy? Bay leaf can help you. Light one or two dried bay leaves in a suitable bowl and let it burn it for 15 minutes. When done, ventilate the room thoroughly. Many people say that this practice gives them more energy and refreshes their minds.
