Fight aphids with two common ingredients that you have at home

Aphids are feared by many orchard and garden owners and we all understand that. They can eat basically anything and if you also have to deal with an ant invasion you have a serious problem. Gardeners use various tricks to drive aphids out, but many do not work as expected. Tobacco or garlic infusion are often used and we all probably tried water with dishwashing liquid. Today, we have an interesting tip that you can try to deal with aphids.

Yes, only these two ingredients can drive aphids out. Easy preparation. Get mouthwash and liquid soap. They do not have to be expensive at all. Buy the cheapest brands.

Procedure

Mix mouthwash and water in 1:1 ratio. Add a few drops of liquid soap to the mixture and you are done. Spray plants with the mixture in early evening.

Do your geraniums suffer from germs? The aphid spray you just made may also help you to get rid of germs that trouble your geraniums. You can turn the aphid remedy into a fertilizer. Just add beer and you have a great lawn fertilizer. You may also use the mixture as a repellent against mosquitoes and other insects. Insects in general hate the eucalyptus component in mouthwash. One last benefit. This mixture also discourages your pets from defecating in places that you need to keep clean.
