A miracle cure against cellulite probably grows in your garden
Most of us see cellulite as a cosmetic problem but the truth is that if you fail to take an action and let it develop to its “final” stage, you may have permanent lymphatic system problems (apart from the ugly “orange peel” skin).

Homemade chilli massage oil
Chilli massage oil is easy to make. You will only need 10 chilli peppers and 400-500 ml of olive oil (you can also use linseed oil, almond oil, etc.). Wash chilli peppers well and remove the green stalks. Blend the peppers with seeds well to make a very fine paste. Transfer the mixture into a suitable container, pour the olive oil in and mix well. Allow the mixture to rest for a week in a dark and cool room. When done use a sieve to strain the mixture and that’s it. You just made a great massage oil with chilli peppers.
And how to do an effective anti-cellulite massage? Don’t be afraid to be vigorous and always follow the “towards the heart” rule. You should do it at least 10-15 minutes every day, but twice a day for about ten minutes is better. At the beginning, you may shorten the massage time to let your skin get use to it. If you persist, the first visible results should appear in about 2-3 weeks.
